Types of Backpain

o Pain on one place in the back itself (axial pain)

Pain in the back that radiates to the legs (sciatic pain)

Pain in the back but gives pain also elsewhere i.e., groin, leg, abdomen, but  never below the knee (referred pain)

Treatment

 Keep active 

o Stretching exercises

o Exercise (swimming ,walking, jogging, aerobics)

o Proper mattress

o Massages

o Physical therapy/posture training

 

Most lower backpain can be cured
Surgery is almost never necessary and spine fixation will almost never help. Please talk to a trusted specialist.
