Types of Backpain

  • Pain on one place in the back itself (axial pain)
  • Pain in the back that radiates to the legs (sciatic pain)
  • Pain in the back but gives pain also elsewhere i.e., groin, leg, abdomen, but  never below the knee (referred pain)

  • Keep active 
  • Stretching exercises
  • Exercise (swimming ,walking, jogging, aerobics)
  • Proper mattress
  • Massages
  • Physical therapy/posture training
Most lower backpain can be cured
Surgery is almost never necessary and spine fixation will almost never help. Please talk to a trusted specialist.

  • Weakness or numbness in legs
  • If backpain wakes you up at night
  • Numbness in buttock, genital area and /or impotence
  • No control over urine or faeces
